Bad customer service
Never buy any in app stuff from them, they will steal your money and never give you what you paid for. I purchased an in app upgrade on their glo Bible app and the app never upgraded. I kindly told them what was wrong and they seemed like nice enough people.
I was nice to them and did everything that they told me to do to get my app up and running. Every time I told them it was not working they kept telling me to register the app or redownload the app.
It was never an Im sorry its my fault it was "Im not trying to sound unpleasant, but if you do exactly what I say I will work."
I gave them three weeks to fix it until I just got mad and demanded my money back. They stopped responding to me after that saying that apple would be the ones you need to talk to.
I love the app an that is why I wanted to support them, but they rob you of your money and make excuses on why things did not work. I am not the type of person to complain but when it involves 30 dollars than you better believe I will yell.
Oh and I emailed them from a different e mail and said that I did not like the way that I was being treated. First it said the e mail was being sent from glo support. When I said the name of the man that lied to me the next e mail I got was from PHILIP BESS the man that gave me all of that trouble.
He told me to explain how I lied to him and I did, I have him my account e mail and he said that he has no record of my account. He told me before to register the account and when I told him that I did he said he upgraded the app.
PHILIP BESS is a scammer do not trust any of their customer service. Have a nice day everyone and God bless.
